1 backpack (with permanent name visible on the outside)

•  large enough to hold folder, lunch box, water bottle

1 full change of clothes (Please keep this change of clothes in backpack all year)

1 lunch box or lunch bags with drink bottle (name*)

1 plastic supply box – 8 ½” x 5 ½ “ X 2” (with permanent name*)

Filled ONLY with:

• 1 – white glue stick
• 1 – 2” standard flat eraser
• 2 – #2 standard pencils (yellow wood, not fancy)
• 1 blunt scissors, Fiskars preferred
• 8 large basic-color crayons (may be round or flat-sided)
•  (NO markers in supply box)

1 package of washable markers for art activities

1 package of white glue sticks

2 bottles white school blue (name*)

3 – 70 page wide-ruled spiral notebooks (name*)

2 plastic or laminated 2 pocket folders (no brads) (name*)

2 – 2 pocket folders with brads (name*)

1 ream white copy paper

1 box Kleenex

1 large roll paper towels

1 box baggies – either quart or sandwich size

2 boxes baby wipes (least expensive is fine)

1 thick towel for rest time (name*) 

*Please use permanent marker on all personal items –

• Lunch box or bag, towel, jackets, sweatshirts, hats, etc.
