Admission

Admission to Lighthouse Private Christian Academy (LPCA) is based upon academic achievement and behavioral criteria. LPCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship programs, athletic teams, clubs, or any other school-administered program.

•  Students accepted into Preschool must be 3 before September 1st, 2011. Classes are available for children that miss the public school cut off.

•  Students entering VPK must be 4 years of age by September 1, 2011.

•  Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by December 1, 2011.

Application Procedure

For each new academic year, a current Application Packet provides the information and forms necessary for admission to LPCA.

All students must have a birth certificate, Certificate of Immunization-DH form 680, and Certificate of Physical Examination-DH Form 3040 in their school records. Failure to comply with this regulation within 30 days of registration could result in suspension from school and even prosecution of the parent or legal guardian(s) by the state. The DH forms may be obtained at the Okaloosa County Public Health Unit, or from your doctor, and must accompany the LPCA Student Application Form.

Volunteers must complete an application, a background check and wear volunteer badges while in the school.  All interested individuals should direct questions to the Owner of the School.
